We recommend you start by lying on your back and do a series of exercises to stretch your lower back and strengthen those muscles. A knee-to-chest raise is a great place to start, in which you pull each leg into your chest, one at a time, and hold for five seconds. Another lower back exercise to strengthen your lower back is a pelvic lift.

To reduce and prevent neck pain you can complete neck exercises in your workplace or home. A great place to start is by correcting your posture, as this is a leading cause of neck pain. A good exercise is to sit with your back straight and tilt your head forward holding for five seconds. Next move your head back and hold for five seconds. Then do a full circular rotation of your neck, moving slow and steady to avoid pulling muscles or pinching nerves.
